Industry Notice: Effective immediately, Super User designation letters will be accepted by either e-mail
(dtradehelpdesk@state.gov) or via fax (202-663-2756). For e-mailed requests please follow the below criteria:
E-mail the above Super User request letter to the DTrade Help Desk at
Dtradehelpdesk@state.gov. The request must be a signed, scanned, PDF attachment. The subject line of the
e-mail must list the company name first followed by super user request (i.e. ABC Company-Super User Request).
Industry Notice: DDTC is in the process of renewing DTRADE forms with the expiration date of November 30, 2011. The forms currently in
use will remain valid until we receive notification from OMB of the revised expiration date. (11.29.11)
Digital Certificate: If you have an IdenTrust digital certificate and experienced a failure in digitally signing DSP forms or logging

Windows 7 Users Note: You must use Lotus Forms Viewer in order to digitally sign DSP applications for submission. See the link on this
page to download this viewer under the heading DTrade Form Viewer.
DSP119 forms may now only be used to amend DSP85 licenses. To amend a DSP-5, DSP-61 or DSP-73 license, the applicant must submit the companion amendment form via DTRADE-2. (9.25.09)

applications via DTrade 1. Any new submissions to DTrade1 will be Returned Without Action (RWA), directing the applicant to submit via the DTrade2
